Driven by a sense of design and functionality, our work spaces provide the optimal space for your next meeting, retreat, or event. Multiple rooms are available for use including our Conference Room, Board Room, and Breakout Room — the options are limitless for what you can arrange.

Please note, the entire conference floor must be rented as a whole. Breakout rooms are not available to rent individually. While there is no elevator to our rooftop meeting space, we do have ADA meeting space available — please contact us to learn more.

In 2023, we’ll be expanding to include a 1,000 sq ft indoor event space and event lawn. Amenities will include a drop-down projector over the double doors and TVs on the adjacent wall for presentations. An attached foyer for setting up a bar or for catering at ease will also be included.

Our Meeting Space includes:

  • 900 sq. feet of dividable conference space
  • Table seating for 42 between all rooms
  • Private break-out room
  • Full kitchenette with sink, glass door refrigerator, and multiple draft taps for beer, wine, kombucha, or cold-brew coffee
  • French doors open to 1’000 square feet of outdoor roof deck
  • Flat Screen TVs with HDMI hook-ups or Apple TV for casting presentations
  • Sonos speakers with access to Pandora for Business library
  • Variety of furniture configurations including 12 seat board table which converts to a full-size ping pong table!
  • Complimentary coffee & tea
